Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 2nd in the Sooke Public Library at 6:30. Discussion will include the next student writing contest, 2016 anthology and general brainstorming.

SWC will also be participating in the Wadams Way Market on September 19th.

After September: our next meeting will be Wed. Oct 7th.

Our Mission

To provide support, connection, inspiration and encouragement to writers* at all levels of development in the Sooke region through membership services which include monthly meetings and community outreach in the form of student writing contests, workshops and readings.
