Discussion: planning your writing year, preparing for the anthology, potential retreats, self publishing, writing contests and other places to submit your writing.

Plans for our seventh anthology “Lucky Number Seven” are underway. Deadline for members to submit their work is March 15th. If you don’t have the guidelines please ask.

Join SWC for writing inspiration and support. Your $20 annual membership helps to fuel the collective. Be inspired and inspire others. Strengthen your writing. Dare to publish.

To provide support, connection, inspiration and encouragement to writers* at all levels of development in the Sooke region through membership services which include monthly meetings and community outreach in the form of student writing contests, workshops and readings.
